Refund policy

1. Our 7-Day Return Guarantee

We have a seven (7) calendar day return policy for physical goods, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

For digital goods, you may apply for a return within three (3) calendar days of the date of purchase.

Please Note: We do not accept returns based on customer change of mind (remorse returns) for any product, physical or digital. All return requests must be for items that are defective, damaged, or mis-shipped.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, or in the condition required for an acceptable return of the specific product type.
  • Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must first contact us at si.shqq@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at si.shqq@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the situation.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review the following list before submitting a return request:

  • Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom Products: Including special orders, personalized items, or made-to-order goods.
  • Personal Care Goods: Such as beauty, hygiene, or similar personal products.
  • Hazardous Materials: Including flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: We unfortunately cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you desire is to follow the standard return process for the item you currently possess. Once your return is accepted and processed, you should then make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. We will then inform you whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
