All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable shipping across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (nationwide delivery).
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (extra charges apply; if available).

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear.

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may require additional charges.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or contact numbers.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide unboxing photos or videos for quick support.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are limited to Pakistan.
